Needed for Enrollment

Parents need to turn in a copy of:

  • Immunization card

  • Birth Certificate

  • Driver's License

  • Student Enrollment and two-page Parent Agreement forms

    Equipment Fee...............$200.00
    ( This is a non-refundable fee due when your child starts and on each anniversary of enrollment.)

ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE IN ADVANCE, ON FRIDAYS

A Late fee of $5.00 per day will be assessed if payment is late. The late pick up fee is $2.00 per minute for the first 14 minutes after preschool closing and $5.00 per minute for pick ups 15 minutes or more after preschool closing.

Tuition includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Snack per day.
